CASH LESS INSURANCE (TOA')
The Third Party (Claims) Administrator (TPA) Insurance service is one of the facilities offered by Nerlikar Hospital. The TPA acts as a mediator between the medical claims department and the concerned insurance company (both public and private insurance companies)
The TPA issues identity cards to policy holders with unique identification numbers and handles all post - policy issues, including claim settlements, directly with the hospital and the insurance company.
The TPA card enables the policy holder to seek cashless facility from the empanelled hospitals.
Patients (policy holders) are given cashless treatment to the extent of the amount that is approved to the authorization forms.
At the time of discharge, patients (policyholders) need to make the payment for the amount exceeding the authorization received from the TPA. (For further assistance, please contact our TPA Assistance desk at front offcie.)
